Case
AI Education Training: Game-Development Creation Workshops
Two teacher workshops where participants completed 15+ runnable AI mini-games, plus 16 class hours of AI courses, a course-development tool and teaching-aid prototypes.
Background
A leading internet company's tech-education program wanted frontline teachers to truly master AI and gamified teaching and run courses independently — not just attend a lecture.
What we did
- Training design: outcome-driven, four steps — "use → build → create → teach"
- Two-day offline workshop: from story conception and asset making to code, every teacher finished one work
- 8-class-hour AI art course covering lower, middle and upper primary grades, aligned with art curriculum standards
- 8-class-hour AI quality-education course: lesson plans, PPT and verbatim scripts
- A technical tool helping teachers build gamified courses from templates, with full code and deployment plan
- Matching teaching-aid plan and prototypes
- Teacher work coaching, event logistics and results showcase
